What size and type of engagement is typical?
Engagements range from a focused assessment to embedded program leadership over several months. Scope is defined after the initial conversation, never before.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. Recovery and adoption work often benefits from time on site with the teams doing the work, combined with remote execution cadence.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Program details shared during inquiry or discovery are treated as confidential, and NDAs are welcome before substantive discussion.
How are engagements structured commercially?
